I have been making radio programs about music since the early 1960s. Of course
my program production has been intensified considerably since I was employed
by the Swedish Broadcasting Corp. in 1980. The first eight years I was making
music programs for children and young people. Since 1988, when I moved over
to the Music dept., I have been producing programs on musical matters, introducing
concerts and requested concerts and making other programs of a great variety.
The fact that I am a composer myself doesn’t mean that I am interested
in contemporary music solely.
In the autumn of 2000 I was retired but I have continued through a number of
years to work for the Music Dept. as a free lancer.
